Nigeria to Host 2024 INAC Expo

Nigeria will host the 2024 International Arts and Crafts (INAC) Expo from November 18th to 30th in Abuja, highlighting the country’s cultural diversity and artistic talent.

 

The National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC), led by Director General Mr. Obi Asika, has announced Nigeria’s hosting of the 2024 International Arts and Crafts (INAC) Expo.

Scheduled to take place from November 18th to 30th in Abuja, this highly anticipated event will showcase Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage and artistic diversity while promoting national unity and economic growth.

In preparation for the 17th edition of the expo, a Pre-INAC dinner for members of the Diplomatic Community and other stakeholders will be held on October 10, 2024.

Themed “Networking Nigerian Crafts to the World,” INAC 2024 will present a wide range of artistic creations including handwoven textiles, intricate sculptures, contemporary paintings, traditional jewelry, and artistic photography.

Visitors to INAC will experience not only the beauty of Nigerian arts and crafts but also live performances, workshops, and cultural demonstrations.

 

 

Mr. Asika expressed his enthusiasm for the event, highlighting the opportunities it offers to artisans for global recognition and economic empowerment.

The event underscores NCAC’s commitment to preserving and promoting Nigeria’s cultural legacy on the global stage.
