Organised by the Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture in partnership with Naija Brand Chick, the three-day fair will take place at the Whitestone Event Centre, Ikeja, following the success of the Island edition in April, which generated over ₦1 billion in sales.

Speaking ahead of the event, Mr. Idris Aregbe, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Tourism, Arts and Culture, said the initiative reflects the government’s commitment to building a people-driven creative economy that connects innovation, commerce, and culture across Lagos.

He noted that the fair forms part of the ongoing “101 Days in Lagos” Tourism and Culture Calendar, a dynamic lineup of entertainment-led events designed to boost commerce, tourism, and citizen engagement throughout the state.

“We are deliberately leveraging entertainment to drive trade, inspired by the spirit of old Lagos, when markets came alive with music, performances, and community energy,” Aregbe said.

“Our goal this time is to empower between 100 and 150 vendors and help them achieve ₦5 billion in cumulative sales within three days.”

Aregbe added that extensive planning, vendor selection, and marketing coordination have gone into ensuring a seamless and profitable experience for exhibitors.

He assured participants of government backing, logistical support, and affordable pricing, emphasising that the fair’s essence lies in access, inclusivity, and shared prosperity.

In her remarks, Mrs. Nelly Agbogu, the Chief Executive Officer of Naija Brand Chick, commended the Lagos State Government for co-hosting two editions of the SME-driven initiative within a year.

“This collaboration has empowered countless entrepreneurs, boosted visibility for small businesses, and proven that Lagos is intentional about building a thriving SME ecosystem,” Agbogu said. “I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and excited to unlock even greater opportunities for entrepreneurs.”
