IBTM World 2024 welcomes new global exhibitors

IBTM World 2024, a leading trade show for the meetings and events industry, is set to welcome new exhibitors from regions including Asia, Africa, North America, and Europe. Notable debuts include Beijing, Toronto, and Uzbekistan’s first-ever participant, Inter MICE Asia. The event will take place at Fira de Barcelona from November 19 to 21.

 

IBTM World 2024, the premier international trade show for the meetings and events industry, is preparing to welcome an exciting range of new exhibitors from around the globe.

Set to take place at its iconic home at Fira de Barcelona from November 19 to 21, the event has already attracted significant interest from new participants across diverse regions including Asia, Africa, North America, and Europe.

Among the notable debuts is Birmingham & West Midlands from the UK, along with China’s capital city, Beijing. Uzbekistan will also be represented for the first time through Inter MICE Asia, while Sri Lanka makes a return after five years. Toronto, Canada’s largest city, will take its own stand, and Mauritius will represent East Africa.

From the Middle East, the Emirate of Ajman will make its first appearance, while the Dominican Republic marks its comeback after a five-year absence.

This year’s theme, “People. Power. Potential.”, highlights the importance of human connections for success. IBTM World Exhibition Director Claudia Hall expressed her excitement, stating,

“We’re thrilled to welcome so many new faces. Their presence will enhance the quality of connections for our delegates, offering dynamic new opportunities.”

New hotels set to showcase at the event’s Hotel Pavilion include Nobu Hotel Shoreditch London, Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka, and Ayana Hospitality from Indonesia.

The show will also feature newcomers from Greece, Italy, and the Mediterranean. In addition, returning exhibitors like Bruges, Slovenia, and Antwerp are significantly expanding their stands, reflecting their confidence in the value of the event.

With a growing list of global participants, IBTM World 2024 is set to deliver an unparalleled experience, driving the future of the meetings and events industry.
