Omooba Adewale Laoye to unveil Ajilala Oso Festival 2025 plans on OSBC 104.5FM, promising a vibrant cultural experience


The Ajilala Oso Festival is set to return with greater vigour as the Chairman of its Central Planning Committee, Omooba Adewale Laoye, goes live today on OSBC 104.5FM’s Ede Mapo Arogun by 2:00 p.m.

Laoye will reveal exciting plans for this year’s festival, promising a grand cultural celebration in Ede, Osun State.

A proud tradition among the Ede people, the Ajilala Oso Festival is fast becoming one of Yoruba land’s most anticipated cultural events. Renowned for its colourful showcase of aso adire, traditional foods, dance, and music, this year’s edition is being designed to rival the most iconic festivals in the region.

Prince Laoye, a global ambassador for African arts and heritage, affirmed his commitment to partnering with Kabiyesi, the Ede community, and cultural stakeholders to stage a landmark edition of the festival in 2025.
