The fundraiser brought together Rotary leaders, members, corporate partners, and friends of the organisation to raise funds for healthcare, education, sanitation, youth empowerment, and community development projects across the district.

District Governor, Rtn. Lanre Adedoyin, described the initiative as a demonstration of Rotary’s enduring mission to serve above self.

“Rotary’s impact is best measured by the lives it touches,” he said, adding that the funds raised would be deployed strategically to improve the quality of life for underserved populations.

The event featured goodwill messages from senior Rotarians and stakeholders, highlighting Rotary’s culture of giving, accountability, and measurable impact.

Testimonies from beneficiaries of previous interventions reinforced the tangible difference made possible through consistent generosity and service-driven leadership.

Several clubs made significant financial commitments, while corporate partners pledged continued collaboration to advance Rotary’s humanitarian agenda.

Organisers described the fundraiser as a major success, citing the turnout and level of contributions as evidence of growing confidence in Rotary’s development work.
