Ehi Braimah of Rotary Club of Lagos declared unopposed District Governor Nominee Designate for 2028–2029 by Rotary International District 9112

Rotary International District 9112 has officially declared Rotarian Ehi Braimah of the Rotary Club of Lagos as District Governor Nominee Designate (DGND) for the 2028 to 2029 Rotary year.

The declaration follows the close of the nomination challenge period, during which no opposition was received.

The announcement was made in a circular dated February 12, 2026, signed by Lanre Adedoyin, District Governor for the 2025 to 2026 Rotary year.

Braimah was nominated on January 28, 2026, and, as no objections were filed by February 11, he was formally confirmed as the unopposed candidate.

Braimah, a respected media executive and Publisher/Editor-in-Chief of Naija Times, has earned widespread recognition for his contributions to public affairs, governance advocacy, and community development.

Within Rotary, he has served in multiple leadership roles and committees, building a reputation as a disciplined organiser and committed humanitarian.

His work spans healthcare outreach, youth empowerment, education support, water and sanitation projects, and broader community development initiatives across Lagos and other areas of District 9112.
