Formed in June 2025, the club has demonstrated consistent commitment to community service, holding regular meetings and impactful activities since inception.

Its formal admission into Rotary International was confirmed on Wednesday, 8 October 2025, after meeting all requirements with a total of 20 dedicated members.

The club is led by Charter President Rtn. Amb. Ariyike Olukayode Elegbede, with Rtn. Victor Ojelabi serving as Vice President and President-Elect. District 9112 Governor, Rtn. Lanre Adedoyin, in his congratulatory message, urged all Rotarians to join in fellowship with the new club.

Rotary Club of Ikeja Township holds hybrid meetings every Thursday, with physical gatherings at Iretura Media Hub, 34 Meiran Road, Meiran, Lagos.

The club’s remarkable progress has been credited to the steadfast guidance and support of its adviser, Past President Dr. Adebukunola Soile-Balogun, whose mentorship has been instrumental in achieving this success.
