As part of the birthday celebrations for His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife, recognition awards were presented during Black History Month in the UK.

 

 

In honour of His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife, recognition awards were presented during Black History Month in the United Kingdom.

These awards celebrate individuals who have shown exceptional service, dedication, and excellence in their respective fields, embodying the rich values of the African continent.

The event, held in conjunction with Africa Fashion Week London—a vibrant showcase of African culture, fashion, and creativity—highlighted the significance of these awards.

The organisers expressed their pride in presenting the accolades, stating, “This award is a symbol of the Ooni’s appreciation for outstanding achievements and a testament to the recipient’s hard work and commitment to our community.”
