Olusegun Obasanjo congratulates new Olubadan, Oba Abdul-Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja, ahead of his coronation ceremony in Ibadan

Olusegun Obasanjo has congratulated Oba Abdul-Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja on his formal ascension as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadan, Oyo State.
