The LASCOPA World Art Day celebration was led by the General Manager, Afolabi Solebo Esq., who praised artists for their contribution to shaping society through creative expression.

Solebo noted that art remains a powerful tool for public enlightenment, capable of influencing behaviour, inspiring change, and promoting awareness on critical issues, including consumer rights.

He explained that creative expression plays an important role in helping consumers understand their rights and make informed decisions in the marketplace.

According to him, LASCOPA continues to recognise the value of art in consumer education and public sensitisation campaigns across Lagos State.

He added that artists and creatives can serve as key partners in promoting fairness, transparency, and accountability in commercial transactions.
