Governor Soludo’s Solution Funcity Awka promises to transform Anambra into Nigeria’s top leisure destination with world-class tourism facilities

Governor **Charles Soludo** of **Anambra State** has received widespread praise for his visionary development of the state’s new **Solution Funcity Awka**, a world-class tourism and entertainment complex set to open in 2025.

**Franklin Onwubiko**, a media and PR consultant and realtor, commended the governor’s dedication to transforming Anambra into a key destination for both domestic and international visitors.

He described the **Solution Funcity Awka** as a game-changer, blending leisure, culture, and economic growth.

“Anambra State is poised to become Nigeria’s premier leisure destination with this highly anticipated project, which features an **amusement park, water park, country club**, and **family fun centre**,” Onwubiko said. “It positions the state capital, Awka, as a must-visit hub for residents and tourists alike.”

The ambitious project is being designed and developed by **Chukwudi Ezenwa**, a rising architectural star and chairman of **GSS Group**.

Ezenwa, a **Nnamdi Azikiwe University** graduate, gained prominence for co-developing the **Dubai Estate Awka**, one of the largest private residential complexes in the state.

His latest work on **Solution Funcity Awka** is expected to rival global standards, offering a **sprawling leisure complex** with **sports facilities, luxury accommodations**, and top-tier entertainment.

Governor Soludo’s trust in homegrown talent like Ezenwa highlights his commitment to **job creation, urban renewal**, and **economic development** through tourism.

“**Solution Funcity Awka** isn’t just about rides and slides,” Ezenwa said during a recent site tour. “It’s a **catalyst for innovation and growth**, positioning Anambra State as a beacon of economic opportunity and world-class tourism.”
