Sanwo-Olu Lagos history puzzle book initiative has earned praise for creatively combining education and cultural preservation.

At the book launch in Lagos, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to promoting innovation that deepens identity and inspires learning.

Represented by Deputy Governor Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, Sanwo-Olu described the new puzzle book as “a brick in the foundation” of an informed and culturally grounded generation of Lagosians.

The book, titled “Discover Lagos State, A History Puzzle Book (Vol. 1),” offers an engaging, 220-page journey through history, culture, and timelines.

“This initiative blends creativity, education, and heritage. It informs while it entertains,” he said.

The governor urged schools and the private sector to adopt and distribute the book widely. He also credited former Governor Babatunde Fashola for establishing LASRAB in 2008, laying the groundwork for such impactful innovations.

Commissioner Gbenga Omotoso added, “This is a bold step in making our history resonate with the next generation.”
