RCCG announces submissions for the Redeemer’s International Christian Film Festival 2026. Deadline is March 21, with screenings, masterclasses, and awards planned

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has opened submissions for the maiden edition of the Redeemer’s International Christian Film Festival (RICFF), set to hold from April 30 to May 1, 2026, in Nigeria.

Organised by RCCG’s Creative Christian Content Department, the festival will take place at the Redemption City of God along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and will coincide with the department’s global conference, scheduled from April 27 to May 1.

Filmmaker Olufemi Bolorunde, a member of the organising committee, stated that the submission deadline for entries is March 21, 2026.

“The festival will feature film screenings, masterclasses, panel discussions, networking sessions, and an awards ceremony,” Bolorunde said.

Entries are open for a variety of categories, including feature films, short films, documentaries, animation, musical videos, series, student films, and recorded stage drama.

The festival aims to celebrate and promote Christian filmmaking while providing networking and learning opportunities for participants.
