The festival, staged in partnership with the Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, has grown into one of Nigeria’s most vibrant cultural showcases.

It brings together beer connoisseurs, music lovers, foodies, and tourists for a celebration that blends brewing traditions, culinary experiences, and electrifying entertainment.

Akinola Oluwaleimu, Coordinator of the Nigeria Beer Festival, described the event as more than just a gathering of beer lovers. “It is a celebration of all things beer, a melting pot of culture, creativity, and community.

Guests will enjoy live music, interactive beer experiences, and the chance to meet master brewers and industry innovators,” he said.

He emphasised that the event goes beyond drinking, highlighting the stories, craftsmanship, and cultural value behind every brew.

“It’s also an opportunity to build a community of responsible beer lovers who appreciate the richness of our brewing traditions,” he added.

From the clink of glasses to the rhythm of Afrobeat, the festival promises a high-energy atmosphere filled with discovery and unforgettable moments.

Idris Aregbe, Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Tourism, reaffirmed the government’s support. “The Nigeria Beer Festival is a strategic platform that aligns with our Detty December vision, promoting tourism, culture, and economic growth.

Building on last year’s success, which attracted over 1.2 million fun-seekers, we are determined to make 2025 even more impactful.”

Beyond entertainment, the Nigeria Beer Festival is expected to give a strong boost to local businesses, tourism, and hospitality, cementing Lagos’s reputation as Africa’s cultural heartbeat and a global hub for celebration.
