The Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism, and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa, has commended the Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Conference Center in Ekiti State, recognizing it as a remarkable natural wonder.

During her visit, she expressed profound admiration for the resort’s unique natural phenomenon, where warm and cold springs flow side by side without mixing.

Minister Musawa was warmly received by the management of Cavista Holdings, the current operators of the resort. She emphasized the critical role of sustainable tourism development through Public-Private Partnerships, affirming the Ministry’s dedication to advancing this initiative in accordance with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s directives.

This visit strengthens the partnership between the Ministry and Cavista Holdings, building upon the recent signing of a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at unlocking Nigeria’s vast tourism and hospitality potential.

Minister Musawa reiterated her commitment to supporting private sector-led efforts to stimulate economic growth through tourism.

The Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort, known for its captivating natural beauty and unique geological feature, stands as a testament to Nigeria’s rich natural heritage.
