Gospel singer Judith Kanayo-Opara, professionally known as Judikay, has recounted a shocking pregnancy experience in Canada after a routine scan at 34 weeks reportedly raised alarming concerns about her unborn child.

Judikay disclosed the experience during her daughter’s dedication service, where she shared how what was expected to be a standard medical check turned into a deeply distressing moment for her and her family.

According to the singer, the sonographer informed her that the baby appeared not to have a nose, was not breathing, and recommended further testing for Down syndrome. The claims left her shaken at a critical stage of her pregnancy.

“I called my husband, and he said I should tear the report and that we were not going to do any test,” Judikay recounted, explaining that her husband, Anselem Opara, advised her against proceeding with additional medical investigations.
