Captan made the statement during a recent podcast interview, where he recounted what he described as past incidents involving the trio.

According to him, Burna Boy was once arrested in Ghana over an alleged marijuana-related incident, and Shatta Wale allegedly sent him and others to secure the Nigerian artist’s release from detention.

“I once bailed Burna Boy out of prison in Ghana when he was arrested for smoking weed. Shatta Wale sent me and some guys to go and free him from police custody,” Captan said.

He further claimed that Burna Boy was at one point sheltered by Shatta Wale’s circle when he was allegedly facing threats from unidentified individuals.

Captan also stated that the relationship between him and Burna Boy has since broken down following Burna Boy’s fallout with Shatta Wale.

However, he added that reconciliation remains possible, insisting that both he and Shatta Wale would be open to mending ties if Burna Boy reaches out.
