The state’s Commissioner for Commerce, Alhaji Kaigama Umar, stated this on Sunday in Damaturu.

Represented by the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Alhaji Inuwa Gulani, Umar said the site was handed over to Thinklab Group Limited to construct the mall to boost the economic viability of the state.
