Governor Bala Mohammed celebrates Emir of Bauchi 15th anniversary, praising his wise, peaceful, and progressive leadership since ascending the throne in 2010

Emir of Bauchi 15th Anniversary was marked with warm tributes from Governor Bala Mohammed, who congratulated Alhaji (Dr.) Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu on his 15-year reign.

In a statement released Wednesday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado, the governor commended the Emir’s leadership, calling it a reign of wisdom, peace, and progress*.

“Your reign has witnessed a remarkable transformation in traditional leadership and collaboration with government institutions,” the governor said.

Governor Mohammed, speaking on behalf of his family, the Bauchi State Government, and the people, also prayed for the Emir’s continued strength, health, and wisdom.

“Your fatherly guidance and statesmanlike disposition have inspired both the government and the governed.”

The Emir, who also chairs the Bauchi State Council of Emirs, ascended the throne on July 30, 2010.
