Dana Air is celebrating its 15th year anniversary with random free and discounted tickets to reward its loyal customers.

The airline has also been awarded the Corporate Social Responsibility Airline of the Year 2023.

A statement by Mr. Kingsley Ezenwa, the Head, Corporate Communications, Dana Air, said that the airline conveyed the message to its customers in a letter personally signed by Ememobong Ettete, its Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The statement hinted that Ettete said that: “On this auspicious occasion of our 15th anniversary, we are filled with immense gratitude for the journey, challenges and highpoints we’ve shared, and the incredible milestones we’ve achieved together as our valued guest.

“This momentous occasion is a testament to your unwavering loyalty, patronage and support. Your trust in Dana Air has been the cornerstone of our success, and we couldn’t have done it without you.”

According to him, within the 15 years period, the airline had received numerous accolades and awards for its unwavering and nationalistic CSR, dedication to efficient service delivery, contributions to aviation excellence, and a relentless pursuit of customer service perfection.

He emphasised that as a Nigerian carrier, the airline looked ahead with great optimism and remained committed to further expanding its route network, enhancing its fleet size, and solidifying its operations within Nigeria.

He added that its goal was to provide the customers with even greater convenience, more destinations to explore, and a truly world-class flying experience that they value and deserve.

According to Ettete, the airline would be giving out free tickets randomly on board its flights, at check-in, and boarding, urging its customers to also take advantage of our anniversary sale currently running between 15:00 hours to 15:15 hours on its website to avail huge discounts.

He assured that the airline remained committed to serving the customers with even greater dedication and excellence, adding that “your trust in us is our most significant reward, and we pledge to continue striving for the highest standards of service.”

The airline said it had flown over 36 million passengers in its 15 years of service.
