The award reflects sustained passenger satisfaction with the airline’s in-flight entertainment and highlights its position among Europe’s leading carriers for onboard experience.

The rankings are based on neutral, anonymous, and independently verified traveler feedback compiled in partnership with TripIt and SAP Concur.

For the 2026 cycle, passengers evaluated over one million flights from more than 600 airlines worldwide, rating performance across five key categories: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage, in-flight entertainment, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Turkish Airlines’ repeated success in the entertainment category underscores its investment in advanced onboard systems, diverse content libraries, and enhanced digital integration.
