ITB Berlin 2026 reaches full capacity ahead of March opening, reflecting strong international travel demand and sector optimism

The upcoming ITB Berlin 2026, the world-renowned travel trade show, has reached full capacity months before its scheduled opening at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds, organisers confirmed on Thursday, 19 February 2026.

The event, running from 3-5 March, will welcome exhibitors and delegates from over 160 countries.

This milestone highlights renewed momentum in the global tourism sector and strong international interest across business and leisure travel markets.

Organisers noted particularly strong growth from Asia, Arab countries, and specialised sectors including cruise, adventure, travel technology, and health tourism.

ITB Berlin 2026 will feature major national pavilions from Thailand, Egypt, Türkiye, and Italy, showcasing innovation, sustainability, and emerging travel technologies.

New digital initiatives and guided industry showcases are set to provide delegates with an immersive experience of cutting-edge solutions in the travel industry.

The organisers emphasised that early full booking demonstrates the resilience and optimism of the tourism sector post-pandemic.
