Alternative finance expert and prominent blockchain advocate, Rume Ophi Alvin, has extended his deepest condolences to the royal family and the entire Udu Kingdom following the passing of their revered monarch, His Royal Majesty, Barr. Emmanuel Bethel Otete Delekpe, Owhorhu I.
