Flavour says he struggles with commitment to one woman, describing himself as an explorer who prefers freedom over a settled relationship

Nigerian highlife singer Chinedu Okoli, popularly known as Flavour, has spoken candidly about his struggles with commitment, saying his personality and lifestyle make it difficult for him to remain with one woman.

The award-winning musician made the remarks in a video broadcast, where he reflected on his approach to relationships and personal freedom.

Flavour described himself as someone who thrives outside conventional relationship structures, suggesting that his nature does not align with long-term exclusivity.

He compared his outlook on life to that of an “explorer”, stating that he prefers independence and a less restrictive way of living.

“I am an explorer. I belong to the wild world. I belong to the street. Some men are domesticated, but I am not. We belong to the wild world. I cannot be caged,” he said.

The singer, whose personal life has frequently attracted public attention, currently has three children with two different women, both former Nigerian beauty queens.
