The award-winning artist disclosed this during an interview with content creator Korty, where she spoke candidly about her living arrangements and future plans.

Tiwa Savage said she had already purchased the property but construction work remains ongoing, leaving the home unavailable for occupation until next year. She described feeling secure in her current residence, noting that it is located close to a highly protected area.

The singer said she feels “safe and important” in her present location because the president’s residence is situated directly in front of her home, a remark that drew attention during the interview.

The notable revelation adds to a growing list of luxury property investments by the music star, who has consistently made headlines for her real estate acquisitions and lifestyle milestones.

In previous years, Tiwa Savage showcased a penthouse project under construction in Ikoyi, Lagos, further highlighting her interest in high-end property development.

In 2023, the singer also acquired a luxury home in London, United Kingdom, complete with premium amenities including a gym, cinema room and fully furnished interiors. Reports at the time suggested the purchase was worth approximately ₦1.7 billion, according to industry commentary.

Beyond her real estate ventures, Tiwa Savage has remained a dominant force in African music, with a career spanning international performances and historic milestones.

She became the first African artist to perform at the coronation ceremony of King Charles III, a landmark moment that reinforced her global recognition.

The singer has also been vocal about industry debates, including her position within the “Big 3” conversation in Nigerian music. Tiwa Savage has maintained that her talent and impact place her at the top of the industry, regardless of criticism.
